Implemented in commit 80d89ea. Users can now save, name, and reuse Sonar prompts without retyping.

Features:

Save prompts to MongoDB with encrypted names
Mark prompts public for sharing with other users
Reference saved prompts in Sonar queries via prompt_id
Full CRUD CLI commands
