Adds a Development-workflow section to CLAUDE.md (main is PR-protected as of 2026-06-21) and a scripts/bodega-pr helper that wraps the Forgejo REST API, since tea pr create fails on this repo's worktreeconfig extension. Opened with the helper itself.

main is now branch-protected (PR-only, squash-merge). Add a "Development
workflow" section to CLAUDE.md so future agents know to branch + PR instead
of pushing to main, plus a bodega-pr helper that wraps the Forgejo REST API
(tea pr create dies on this repo's worktreeconfig git extension).
