Summary: refactor portfolio/home flows for maintainability and consistent UX/data. Changes: add portfolio-chart and portfolio-transaction-modal; extract shared chart-utils and holding-transformers; centralize latest close helper; align Home watchlist ticker change to 1D daily returns; unify separator dots and UI polish; fix Vite manualChunks compatibility; apply Prettier formatting. Validation: npm run format:check ✅, npm run build ✅. Closes evr#23
