Summary: fix issue where a single asset row in My Portfolio could become non-clickable when hovering or touching the sparkline area. Reason: the chart layer captured pointer interactions instead of the row button. Impact: asset rows are now consistently clickable on desktop hover and mobile touch. Validation: npm run build passed. Closes #28
